Keto Meal Plan

Starting a Ketogenic diet to suit your needs can feel a little overwhelming, with different types of keto diets and macronutrient (protein, carbohydrate, fats) ratios to aim for.

Simplifying things to suit your own circumstances can often help, you could put together your own meal plan by focusing on the keto friendly foods you enjoy and that work for your work and home life best.

Initially it can be a good idea to find a small number of keto snacks and meals and repeat until you are comfortable. Then aim to include a wider variety of vegetables, healthy fats and proteins (e.g. fish, eggs, meat) to ensure a range of nutritional benefits.

Note: your daily carbohydrate range would usually be based on your age, weight, gender, medical history, lifestyle and food preferences. Setting and tracking your carbohydrate, protein and fat macronutrient ratios using one of the online trackers or apps can be very helpful. See this link.
