Improve health by boosting food knowledge, confidence and love of eating real foods.
Treats can be fine for most people occasionally, but most families are eating way too much of the sweet stuff and junk food everyday, so much so that this is now our new ‘normal’. Just think, what do most families eat for breakfast? Is it home prepared, from fresh ingredients? Or, is it shapes formed in a factory, sprinkled in a bowl from a colourful packet?
Fun Fact: Over 50% of everyday family food is ultra processed i.e. made in factories and does not resemble natural ingredients.
Our talks, workshops and regular groups help families to recognise and cut down on junk food and sugar, improve food skills and help families to enjoy eating more real foods.
